Small Works
For client works that fall outside the scope of day-to-day repairs, we employ a network of property professionals and surveyors located around the country who are responsible for the provision of specifications and prices for the following:

- Brickwork ugrading
- Refurbishment
- Office Fit-Outs
- Dilapidations and disrepair
On receipt of any works request, clients are advised of a project plan and timetable for delivery of works. Throughout the project life-cycle we comprehensively track the works until jobs are completed and provide real-time management information.

Ensuring that work environments are compliant with the increasing raft of statutory regulations is a huge and ever-increasing task for most of our clients, distracting them from core and more profitable activities.
Centric can fulfil these obligations by providing one off testing requirements or fully managed programmes across multi-site locations using state-of-the-art technology to support localised delivery. In addition, the technology allows for real time M.I. and transparent access for individual locations through to head office departments.
